The Dining Room

Our menu at The Dining Room has been designed to exhibit the wide array of beautiful ingredients Sri Lanka has to offer. Always working with the freshest and seasonal harvests, our connection to nature allows us to craft and offer our guests the finest dishes. We truly believe some of the island‘s best qualities may be expressed through our food, exploring the diversity of the local products available.

Every item you see on your plate is made with passion, ingenuity and authenticity. Our breads, pastas, sauces, infused mayonnaise, stocks, spice blends, jams are made in-house.

Developing strong and respectful ties with our suppliers is a priority and contributes to gathering the local community around a proliferating idea / preparing the best food using the best products. Our menu evolves with the season, but rest assure the quality remains.
